Having worked in the industry since 1996, both business partner’s goals are to provide a more personable, yet professional service for Homeowners Association. Founders of New Vision Community Management, Inc., Irene Iwanylo and Helmer Milla, worked for large corporate management companies and felt that a lot of these larger companies sacrificed their quality of service for quantity. It is New Vision Community Management’s goal to demonstrate a new and better way to manage Homeowners Association.
