About Us

New Vision Community Management, Inc (NVCMI)  is not just a name, it is a philosophy. A philosophy dreamt up and created by Irene and Todd Iwanylo co-founders of NVCMI. Irene personally dreamt of a management company that could present substantial assistance to Home Owners Association’s (HOA’s), while still offering a service with a personal small business touch.
The vision, consequently the New Vision title, of Irene and Todd became a reality when Irene decided enough was enough and that HOA’s throughout the Las Vegas Valley deserved and needed a management company that would be an advocate for their individual needs. Irene became President of NVCMI, Todd worked part-time in the back office and they took on a partner in October of 2006 and “A New and Better Way to Manage Your Community,” was Born! The doors opened on January 2nd, 2007 with a hope that homeowners realized NVCMI is the best way to assist in their HOA needs.  NVCMI became a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in April of 2007 and has been in good standing ever since.
High standards were set by Irene and Todd on the first day of business and these high standards remain solid within the company’s business plan today. All NVCMI employees understand that no matter how big the company grows; our homeowners will always receive our individual attention and outstanding service.
NVCMI continuously explores original ways to develop our credibility and services. In January of 2008, Irene and Todd decided to expand opportunities without a partner and became sole owners of NVCMI. Todd then slipped into the full-time role of Chief Operations Officer and has since won the 2008 Cambridge Who’s Who Executive Award of Las Vegas. These decisions have been deemed a success since NVCMI has increased growth since January of 2008 and continues to present enhanced solutions for today’s communities.

NVCMI also expanded their office location in the summer of 2008, more than doubling our working space needed to provide the best service in the Las Vegas Valley. 2009 continues to bring optimistic growth to NVCMI, with this being said Irene, Todd and the entire staff here at New Vision would like to invite all communities to come and work with our team to assist in improving your overall HOA management experience.
