Why New Vision?

New Vision recognizes the significance of communication, and the New Vision team works directly with Boards to ensure each member is acquainted with the everyday business of the communities at all times. Each community is inspected regularly to guarantee that the community is to the highest expected standards. Homeowners are encouraged to call or email the office so we may assist in answering any questions or resolve any situation before they become problematic. New Vision recognizes that the long term fairness and principal pleasure of the communities are protected by the C C & R's, and we have assisted in resolving to sustain these standards. In addition New Vision Community Management, Inc offers board member classes for new board members and even for those who have been working in a volunteer role as board members for years. New Vision strives to keep the board members who maintain their communities and the homeowners who live within the community as educated on the C C & R’s as much as possible.
